。    “智能体为人服务社会实验”杭州项目启动杭州日报讯 “有它们陪着，乐趣多多。”近日，家住上城区四季青街道的82岁老人吴国坤，结识了两位“新朋友”——下棋机器人“元萝卜”和聊天机器人“源宝”。

B | “以前最怕那种孤单的感觉。”吴爷爷坦言，自己是独居老人，平日里看完股票、看完电视，基本就没别的事可做了，如今他常会和机器人下下棋、聊聊天，生活一下子变得丰富起来，“我现在每天和‘元萝卜’下一小时棋，已经闯到初级三难度了，每次走出一步好棋，它都会夸我，而且下棋能锻炼脑子，可以预防老年痴呆。”吴爷爷参与的，正是近期在上城区正式落地的“智能体为人服务社会实验”杭州项目。据悉，“智能体为人服务社会实验”于2025年在北京正式启动，由清华大学智能社会治理研究院院长苏竣教授和润泽集团董事长周超男共同担任项目总负责人，计划面向全国300至500户家庭部署智能体产品、提供一对一陪伴式服务，并开展长期跟踪评估。

C | 周超男表示，“智能体为人服务社会实验”是智能体助老长期探索进程中的重要一环，项目将坚持公益属性，所有智能体设备及相关服务均免费向参与家庭提供，同时将根据实际使用需求和反馈持续更新迭代，不断优化提升服务能力。杭州市民政局党组成员、副局长郑颖表示，杭州正持续推进智慧养老创新实践，推动人工智能技术与养老服务深度融合。他也对项目提出三点期望：聚焦规范标准，筑牢智能养老安全底线；聚焦精准适配，打造个性化智慧养老服务；聚焦常态长效，构建可推广、可持续的智慧养老模式，为全国智能养老发展和人工智能赋能民生服务贡献杭州经验。苏竣表示，项目将始终坚持长期观察、科学研究与多方协同，在推动智能体融入日常的同时，守护人的主体性与尊严，探索出一条创新与伦理并重、效率与公平兼顾、科技与人文共生的智能社会发展路径。服务深一度在杭州 养老可以很智慧据了解，这是该项目走出北京落地的首个示范性试点，为什么选在杭州？“杭州的数字科技企业近年来发展迅猛，技术走在行业前列，社区智能应用也有扎实的数字基础。此外，杭州试点的区域属性，不同于项目此前落地的北京清华园街道（高知城市社区）和怀柔区北房镇（农村社区），进一步拓展了人工智能社会实验的区域与场景布局，为观察智能技术进入基层公共服务和家庭生活后的真实影响，提供了全新的实践窗口。”项目执行负责人、清华大学公共管理学院副教授张芳介绍。近年来，杭州持续推进智慧养老创新实践，推动人工智能技术与养老服务深度融合，收获了一批辨识度高、示范性强的标杆成果：市民政局携手阿里达摩院完成2万人次认知症数字化筛查，创新日常养老服务模式，打通居家社区机构康养服务全链条，试点服务覆盖超6300人次；联动多所高校深化产学研协同合作；打造全国首个民政领域智能体“杭民星”，月均服务5000余人次。此外，市民政局还打造安居守护工程，建设全国首家数字孪生养生院养老院，同步搭建智慧助餐、养老服务爱心卡、智慧消防等智能化服务场景。
