D | 建设与运维团队直面深远海复杂海洋环境，持续开展技术攻关，着力破解海上柔性直流系统稳定调控、长距离海底电缆运维、变负荷工况协同控制等一系列关键难题。相比传统交流输电模式，柔性直流送出方案有效控制远距离输电损耗，在提升输电效率、增强新能源并网适配性等方面展现突出优势。　　海上风电正持续向离岸更远、水深更深的海域推进，远距离电能送出已经成为制约深远海风能开发的关键环节。

E | 传统交流输电方案随着输送距离增加，技术与经济短板逐步凸显，柔性直流输电被业内视作破解深远海风电外送难题的重要技术路径。
